There are approx. 10 of these plastic discs in the collection of items from Hal French. They are approx. 1-1/4" and are all numbered the same. Any ideas?

They look like tool chits. In most Aerospace companies when you sign out a tool from the tool crib a worker would give them one of these and it would record who had the tool. That way if it was not back at the end of the shift they would know who had that tool. Just my thoughts, no specific knowledge on these specific items.

Another guess would be a safety lock tag. This tag would have been around the iron bar of a lock. When an electrical panel would need to be de-energized the handle would be pulled down then a lock put through the handle. This tag would have been stayed with the lock to show who had the box locked out.

Again, just a guess.
