I am trying to obtain some information on the history of this Challenger coin as to producer, number produced, etc. Both sides of coin are shown. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe this is one of the mass-produced medallions issued by Galaxy Medals Inc. Those can probably be ordered directly from the Galaxy Inc., or found often on eBay. I think the number of such medals is huge (particularly this one, because it is Challenger related) and thus it does not have a great value. I doubt it's worth more than $5. But it's a nice coin, anyway

All times are CT (US)
