Progress MS-07 departs space station

Russia's Progress MS-07 spacecraft undocked from the International Space Station on Wednesday (March 28), backing away from the Pirs module at 8:50 a.m. CDT (1350 GMT).

Loaded with trash, it will orbit Earth for a month while Russian ground controllers conduct a series of engineering tests on the vehicle. The Progress will then reenter the atmosphere April 25 for a fiery demise over the Pacific Ocean.
