I recommend "космонавтики на значках СССР" as the definitive source for year of issuance and quantities issued (tiradzj) for each pin/badge. Some sellers have abused the word "rare" or claim a false year of issue and overcharge. No equivalent guide exists in any other language.</TD></TR></TABLE></td></tr></table>
