Just as its three parts, the logistics, pressurized and exposed modules, will dock together, so does JAXA's logo(s) for Kibo. I love it. Does anyone know if the 1J/A STS-123 Takao Doi is/will be available for purchase?</TD></TR><TR bgcolor="#494949"><TD valign=top>ShuttleDiscovery</TD><TD>I emailed The Space Store recently and they said it's unlikely they will have the STS-123 version.</TD></TR><TR bgcolor="#333333"><TD valign=top>Robert Pearlman</TD><TD>I do not know who made the patch offered by The Space Store, but I have seen the official JAXA versions of the STS-123 and STS-124 patches (as well as the embroidered version of the four logo insignia) and I believe they are different from the one sold. The JAXA patches are very thin (thinner than AB Emblem patches) and their border is flush (i.e. not raised) with the rest of the material. They have no tail on the reverse and are back-coated with a hard wax (the four logo version has a thin cloth, gauze-like or iron transfer overlay).</TD></TR><TR bgcolor="#494949"><TD valign=top>lm5eagle</TD><TD>Thank you both for your reply.
