Going on a very old memory - I used to get the Stewart Aviation (UK) patch catalog as a teen, and seem to recall they sold a version of this.Hart SastrowardoyoGive me some time and I'll check my storage totes - I used to know a lot about Snoopy and NASA (and at one time, maintained a website on same.)Anything marked with (C) United Feature Syndicate or (C) UFS is officially licensed. That said, the DCAS and CSD Test Subjects patches are somewhat rare. The "It can happen to you" patch was "signed" by a number of Apollo astronauts. There exists a similar patch for Skylab. The Apollo 11 Lunar Team patch was also made for other moon missions.Go4LaunchAccording to the Skylab News Reference, this version of Snoopy appeared in the wardroom’s Waste Management Compartment to differentiate the three crewmens’ personal hygiene kits, their towel and washcloth dispensers, and their towels and washcloths. The background on the CDR’s insignia was red, the PLT’s was blue, and the SPT’s was white. The insignia on the SPT's washcloths and towels, however, had a light blue background. athx1138New cS member here! I happened to make a random stop at a local pawn shop, and made a wonderful discovery of the following stickers: Apollo 11 lunar team — blue sticker with red and black letters and Snoopy on dog house in helmet.MSC Zero in on safety in '73 - Green sticker with Skylab, Story Musgrave signature, and space walking SnoopyEyes on the Stars - Blue Sticker with SnoopyApollo Soyuz Space Teams - Blue sticker with Snoopy on CSM, and a bear on the Soyuz. Does anybody know how many different mission related Snoopy stickers were made? I have done as much research as I can online, and have found only one other Snoopy sticker (like my green one but for Apollo 16). I would love to be able to make a complete collection, as these stickers have quickly grown on me!Editor's note: Threads merged.barnstormerI have seen a fair number of original Snoopy "Eyes on The Stars" decal/stickers, but have not seen this one with the red shield "PS" graphic in the lower left side (and do not see it on Google). Anyone else have one of these or know why the difference? kosmoCould the red shield with pS represent the new shielded (beta) pressure suit that was developed after the Apollo 1 fire?moorougeVitachrome are still going. Why don't you log onto their website and ask them?spaced outI've added a page on my CrewPatches.com website dedicated to NASA-related Snoopy patches. It doesn't include everything but many of the above patches are covered. All are modern reproductions based on vintage decal designs, in my opinion, most likely produced by Randy Hunt (4gator) in the 1990s.spaced outAs a follow up to the above posts please note that the image below shows a small selection of the Snoopy patches produced by Randy Hunt. It's discussed in more detail in this thread.kosmoThis may answer barnstormer's question about the Snoopy "Eyes on The Stars" sticker. quote:Originally posted by barnstormer:...have not seen this one with the red shield "PS" graphic in the lower left side (and do not see it on Google).
