I would imagine all funds received are going towards flight preparations now - hence the lack of decals or mailings. If the vehicle never flies, I would expect we would still receive the patches and decals (as they would have to be produced for flight regardless) but it doesn't surprise me if their entire team is concentrating on their launch, as their license expires on Monday and then they must show insurance moving forward...
