The episode, "Red Planet Monkey," is the latest of the inquisitive cartoon monkey's adventures in space, which date back to the very beginning of the space race. In just the fourth book in the "Curious George" series, creators Margaret and H.A. Rey told the story of how their title character became the first monkey to fly into space.
