Fisher Space Pens
Don't believe the urban legend: NASA did not develop the space pen at the cost of millions while the Russians used pencils. Both write with the Fisher Space Pen! Developed originally as the "better refill", Fisher's semisolid ink relied on pressure rather than gravity to write, making it perfect for the weightless environment of space. First used by the Apollo 7 crew, Fisher Space Pens have been on every US flight since (and was adopted by the Russians in the 80s).

MoonPans™ Apollo Panoramic Posters
During the six moon landings between 1969 and 1972, the Apollo astronauts captured several panoramas. This was done by the astronaut standing in one spot, and then taking several single photos of the location as he rotated in a 360 degree circle. The result was about 20 photos, which when laid alongside each other, formed a panoramic mosaic of the location.

MoonPans has perfected the art of assembling these photographs to form a continuous and seamless single panoramic image, at a very high quality and resolution. Not even NASA has assembled the Apollo panoramas to this degree.
There are two posters available: the incredible shot of the Apollo 14 Lunar Module 'Antares' sitting in the bright sunshine at Fra Mauro; and the magnificent vista of the Apollo 15 landing site, showing Dave Scott hard at work on the Hadley Plain.
